YOUR ROLE:

  • You will implement fast, reliable, and documented features, sub-components & services for a back-office application
  • You will implement, test, troubleshoot, bug fix and deploy application features
  • You participate in clarifying requirements, designing and implementing web applications;
  • You estimate the necessary effort, track the actual effort, and communicate with the team members or client’s technical contact on any potential issue;
  • You care deeply about performance, usability, and accessibility;

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB
  • ServiceNow CSA
  • ServiceNow CAD
  • ServiceNow CIS-ITSM
  • Knowledgeable in ServiceNow HRSD and ServiceNow Service Portal
  • Experience in ServiceNow custom app and AppEngine
  • Advanced scripting skills

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Any certifications in the ITOM area is welcome; ServiceNow CIS-HAM, ServiceNow CIS-SAM, ITOM and CMDB microcertificates, etc.
