We are looking for a Product Manager with experience in fintech and fiat payment products, who can help shape and grow our next-generation payment platform.
YOUR ROLE:
- You will be responsible for defining and driving product strategy for our fiat and fintech products;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to identify business needs and implement solutions;
- Continuously gather insights from users and stakeholders, define problems, ideate solutions, prototype, test, and improve features;
- Define priorities, manage the product roadmap, and ensure initiatives align with organizational goals;
- Work closely with internal and external teams to prepare for product and feature launches;
- Analyze product performance and feedback to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement;
- Stay up-to-date with trends in fintech and payments to drive innovation in product development.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in product management;
- Experience in fintech and fiat payment products;
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to turn complex requirements into simple, user-friendly solutions;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and influence across teams;
- Curious, enthusiastic, and persistent with a focus on problem solving and delivering impact;
- Organized and analytical, able to drive product discovery, planning, and optimization;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

- Familiarity with Figma and alternative prototyping platforms.
