Our team has contributed to the development and ongoing optimization of Viata’s e-commerce website and back-office platform, streamlining operations and ensuring the company remains competitive in the rapidly growing online pharmacy sector.

- We worked on integrating and optimizing the e-commerce website with various third-party services, including payments, marketing, pricing, shipping, etc. This integration provided a flawless user experience and streamlined transactions across multiple European regions (Belgium, France, Netherlands, Germany, UK, Spain, and others).
- Our work allowed the company to expand its reach and improve operational scalability, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers across 20+ countries.
- Implemented custom features that allow Viata to manage a complex inventory of pharmacy products and supplements, across different country-specific websites and languages, while providing customers with a smooth shopping experience.
- Extended, developed and customized the ERP system to meet all of Viata’s needs in terms of order management, warehousing, delivery processes, and so on. Developed Python-based modules and enhanced PostgreSQL database structures to support complex operations and automate key business processes.
- Built custom modules and added new features to automate and optimize administrative workflows, helping Viata’s teams process a high volume of orders efficiently.
- Supported Viata’s expansion into new European markets by integrating top-tier marketing, pricing, and payment platforms, while optimizing logistics, delivery, and customer support systems to enhance competitiveness across 20+ countries.
